David was a pleasure to work with… and a “godsend”. He took on a project which had been “abandoned” by another pool contractor. It was a huge challenge and David worked with the pool cover manufacturer to get the problems sorted. Now I have my pool cover!! I am thrilled they were able (and willing) to get my pool cover on and operating properly . His crew, Ray and Juan, were so hard- working and polite. They, too, were a pleasure to work with.

David was great. Very attentive to my concerns and always came up with good solutions to resolve any issue. He gives you peace of mind.

Highly recommend Blue Diamond for all your pool needs. With all the dust storms lately and being away my pool was horrible. They resurfaced my pool and installed new tile. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said it would be done. Now it looks amazing and I set up scheduled for cleaning service. I’m in a small town (Alpine) in West Texas and needed new equipment for my pool. There are no local businesses that provide installation services. So I looked around for someone in more populous places. I found Blue Diamond Poolz and arranged for them to travel here and install a new pump and heater. David was very helpful in advising on what equipment to get and quickly arrived to install the new equipment. Of course, it became more complicated than either of envisioned, but David knew what to do and stayed until everything was completed — including installing a solar heating system. I couldn’t be more pleased with his competence and professionalism and would highly recommend him and Blue Diamond Poolz.

I have an above ground and called to see if they could vacuum out some sand but they don’t due to the liability of the bottom ripping. However they do rent out the vacuum and the owner brought it to me and showed me how to use it. My pool is crystal clear again. The owner was very professional and communicative. I will use them again. 10/10.

Very reliable and professional. Manny came and cleaned our pool and he was extremely thorough and took the time and care to clean our pool. Our vacuum broke and they helped us out in a quickeness. Definitely recommend them to get the job done right and at a fair price! 🙌🏼
